RED Development is reshaping downtown Phoenix with the CityScape project. DAVIS-designed Phase II will include a Palomar Hotel by Kimpton, a residential tower and retail shops at street level. The CityScape project is an example of true mixed-use design blending urban live, work and play space seamlessly. This project will truly enhance the community DAVIS has called home for 34 years and we consider it a privilege to have contributed to this iconic structure in the heart of the city. CityScape Phase I is currently under construction and Phase II is scheduled to break ground in early 2009.
