stucco is
seriously
overrated."
At 76 stories and 650,000 sf, this skyscraper project encompasses a 250 room boutique hotel and condominium residences. The tower design is a tapered, central core, trapezoidal plan designed with faceted layers of glass which step back with height, visually reminiscent of a sword turned to the sky. Anchored by a ten story lobby feature, angular podium structure and a reflective glass vertical corner, the spire reaches nearly 1000 feet to its apex. The glass curtainwalls incorporate a diamond pattern reflective of the steel structure within. The triangular tower plan features acute glass corners on all residential floors. With progressively smaller floors near the top, condos range from 3 to 6 per floor down to single, full floor penthouse units at the top.
